I am so disappointed, my application have got rejected because of missing pages. Pages 19-21 where translater should sign etc. I did the same with my bf application, and we had no problems. What should I do now? Just make a new folder and attach the green form on top??!! Also I applied fo Fee Waiver, and they just said that payment not provided

What instructions did they give you? How can they be expected to know you didn't need those pages if you don't include them? The package is incomplete without them. Are they telling you to send the whole thing again?

hi

you always have to send the complete N400, also did you send the i912 with proof of why you aren't required to send in payment?

the instructions of the i912 state what proof you need to send for them to waive the fee

Oh, you are right. I did not even think about it .... that they don't know I don't need last pages for interpreter. Now about payment: I submitted the form i912 along with my recent paystubs. I placed it on top of the application, but it came behind the N400 and other papers.

Now it says: The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please resubmit the application package with the appropriate fees to the address listed below.

Looks like the did not even look at me i912, because I have a reall proof attaced to it.

What should I do with a payment?? I mean I can't pay, so I will just resubmit the packed with adding missing pages, what if my application get rejeted again?? Is it a big problem?? Or I can send it again, not now but later, cause I can't pay.

hi

since you got an RFE for the missing pages, they also requested the payment so something happened there

since you have to respond to the RFE for payment, resend the i912 with more evidence

Respond to the RFE by providing everything as requested.

Did your initial payment taken from your account or was it sent back?

Double-check to make sure you have everything alright.

And ORGANIZE your paperwork well. It doesn't hurt to use sticky notes to label your forms and use paper clips to clip together same documents together, etc.

They have so many applications to going through, and if yours is giving them too much problem figuring out which goes with which, they will just send it back.

Triple-check to make sure you have everything together and check USCIS website for the required fees.

Good luck.
