after approved, you will get an assigned case number from NVC, and with that you track it on CEAC to see when it is ready for the interview. You might need to prepare some papers for the embassy and send it to them, I'm not sure how Canada works.. You could check on the portal of your country and see if you could find some help!

1. Does anyone know if on I129 Form-Questions 2 about Petitioner's mailing address we can put a P.O Box address and on Biographic form G325 the physical address? The reason why it's because my fiance is selling his house and will move in the next few months and we don''t want to lose any important documents if sent to this address. We are going to attach a letter explaining the reason of use of Po box to receive correspondence.

2. Copes of Blank pages of our passports should also be included? Since it says "All pages of passport".

Mailing address as far as I know it can be a PO Box, but the G325A must to be your actual address

Yes, WHOLE passport.

If the relationship is real, you have nothing to worry about. Front load the application. Apply out of the country has less questions... pertaining to your intent when you last entered USA not when the visa B1 was issued.

When you apply outside the US, you demonstrate intend to immigrate and marry. When you enter before approval, please mention that else it becomes a catch 22 when you go for K1 visa interview.

I think many people have gotten approval on K1, just those with obvious problems like meet 1x or language barrier or high risk countries
