Sorry if I ask some obvious questions, but I just want to make sure no small mistakes are made.....

My girl is Colombian....she speaks so so English, but after one year of chatting almost everyday through WhatsApp, and using Bing translator, we know each other well. I have visited her 3 times this year....My question is about the forms.....should she fill out her letter of intent and G 325A form in English or Spanish (someone helping her write in English)? Are these the only 2 forms she will fill out?

She has no kids...and never been married. Does she send me these original forms to include in my packet to send into Dallas? How many passport size pictures should each of us do?

She: Colombian (never traveled outside of Colombia)....no passport....never been married....no kids.

Me: USA.....I visited her 3 times in one year.....divorced in 2008.....I have one child 11yrs.....zero criminal record....my Spanish is basic

I'm pretty sure the 1st step is for her to apply for a Colombia passport. Read the guides for k1 visa. There is a link at the top of this page.

My last trip to see my girl, I translated the bio document and the letter of intent to marry and the description of how we met. In other words, I told her what the documents said. We filled them out together and she signed them all. I got an NOA1 and am hoping to get the NOA2 by the first week of January. I have 6 passport pictures of her. I used 1 of them to include in my packet that I sent to the Lewisville, Tx. lockbox. I hope this helps.

Write them out in English for her, tell her what they say and have her sign them. She needs those 2 documents and a 2x2 inch passport photo for your I-129F petition.

She needs to get a passport to be able to apply for and have a K-1 visa interview once the I-129F is approved.
