Concerned about cruise trip

Hello guys,

I'd like some advice

Am I allowed to board on a cruise trip leaving a U.S. port, fort lauderlale for example and returning to the same port, while I'm on AOS. Is it considered a international trip or not?

In case I'm not allowed to travel, does anyone know any option of a cruise considered a "domestic" trip.

Thank you in advance :))

Unless you have your advanced parole, you cannot take a cruise. Even though your ports maybe US stops or foreign stops and you do not get off the ship, you still will have go through immigration upon your return.

You will need an AP card. My wife and I did a cruise a couple of months ago while in AOS. Don't book your plane flight to close to getting off the ship. We spent 3 hours in secondary waiting for them to finish the paperwork in Miami

If the boat stops at a foreign port, then it's an international cruise. You will need AP before leaving to continue the AOS. No AP, then you can not come back to continue the AOS.

If the boat only stops at US ports, then it's a domestic cruise.
