dwheeels please i would like to know , does NVC go on Alphabetical order on countries waiting to be scheduled for an interview.... or its just a random scheduling..... i had my CC 24 November and a, yet to be scheduled for an interview.... My country is South Africa

i called today and i have interview date Feb 28th. CC was August 28th.

if i want to request an earlier date, whom i should contact? embassy or NVC?

Just called NVC and told me that my interview schedule is on February 9, at 9am. Thank God! Hope you guys get ur interview dates too..

No has nothing to do with order. It's all based on when each embassy sends in their calendar schedule of slots available for different visa categories.

I am sure the February date is the date but call to confirm. The only way to request an earlier date is through the embassy and you have to wait until your petition is at embassy. By then it will probably be end of January before its even shipped out.

Keep an eye on the Visa tracker page for status to say READY.

Anyone here from Pakistan who recently got interview date? My cc is 27th oct we are calling nvc for supervisor but supervisor is never available, the guy on the phone told us that the supervisor will call us but they didNt call back. Dnt know how more long they will take to schedule. So much worried right now. We are already delay because of uscis made a blunder by using wrong ID!
