Hi VS members,

what a lucky day, i sent my ROC application and got laid off work the same day, i m the beneficiary and i m planning to apply for unemployment i have been working for 21 months with the same company,

my concern is will that have any effect on my ROC if i was called for an interview and my N-400 in the future

i prefer to look for any job than applying for unemployment but just in case thing get rough.

thank you

To be fully accurate, you have to look for a job while you apply for & collect unemployment benefits. The two go hand in hand.

Good luck in your job search and a successful removal of conditions.

hi

ditto to nlr, does not change anything if you have or have not a job

it's to prove that you have a bonafide marriage and comingling of finances, since the i864 is still enforceable since the interview
