July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

Dec 09th 2015 - paid AOS bill

Jan 04th 2016 - sent AOS & IV documents

Jan 06th 2016 - paid IV bill

Jan 08th 2016 - completed DS-260

Jan 06th 2016 - received scan date

Feb 17th 2016 - received 2nd scan date

Mar 18th 2016 - case complete

Mar 28th 2016 - Interview Date Scheduled "May 10th"

April 5th 2016 - Medical examination

May 10th 2016 - interview at consulate

Hi Shala6.! My I-130 was approved on November 9 but myUSCIS still does not show that my case was approved. Did they update your USCIS? Thanks for your time and good luck!

Hi there !

Well, go news I hope, we got an expedite 12 days ago, way before the CC...

I just called the NVC now and they told me that they send the documents to the US Embassy in France, without a CC...

I don't know what that means, if it's good or not, I guess it's the US Embassy in France that is going to review our case ??

I really don't know...

I will call the US embassy tomorrow to see what's happen!

I called the US embassy this morning in France, but the visa service doesn't take phone calls....

So I send a mail and they respond to me in 1 hour! I guess we have a case complete !!! We have to send back a letter after collecting some documents (already done !) and then they schedule an appointment !

So, I GUESS CC FOR US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUHOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Congratulations! What does your CEAC status now say?

Our request to expedite was also approved and I contacted the embassy, but they haven't heard about us yet. Our CEAC status still shows "at NVC". I wonder how long it will take to transfer the file to the embassy?

The day after the CEAC said that our documents were in Paris, the US embassy sent us a mail !

Let's wait until tomorrow (well, monday !) or call them !

Update to all my June peeps! My husband is now a US resident. POE was 4/14 at the Ontario/US border. All in all the experience was quick and painless. Was at POE for about 45 minutes. The border patrol office didn't even ask to see our itemized list of stuff we had in our UHAUL, nor did he check in it. He just asked if we had any firearms or more than $10,000 in cash. I said I wish lol. The montreal embassy did however forget to include a copy of my husbands no police record. Thank god I brought our entire interview folder with us because I had a copy with me. That was fine and he accepted that. Not sure what would of happened if I didn't have a copy.

Anyway he stamped my husbands passport, shook his hand and said welcome to USA and best of luck to you. 25 hour drive later we are now together in FL. Such an awesome feeling!!! :)

Im really happy for you and glad you are finally together in the US.

I can only hope mine goes so smoothly. Im most worried for the interview in a month :(.

Hi VJ members my wife send both of AOS and IV packages and the NVC said that they recieved the packages at April 12 and its 45 days to scan the documents i hope that every thing is ok but i have a question about the medical examination that I had smoked hash few days ago and I heared that the embassy will deniy my case if they now that i am smoking drugs.. please any one help me
