I hope you guys hear some news soon, next week is the week! We only have 1 week down,so looks like still a few more weeks to go for us. 30 business days will take us to March 4th, but on the EP spreadsheet on VJ the last 5 people all had a CC in 21-22 days. Crossing fingers!!

Feburay 02 2015: Delivered at Chicago Express Mail

Feburay 04 2015: NOA1 Text and Email Received, case Route to Vermont Service Center

Feburay 09 2015: NOA 1 Recieve Recipt in the mail

July 20th 2015 - filled I-130 routed to California Service Center

July 28th 2015 - received NOA1 (hard copy)

Sep 22nd 2015 - received email of RFE

Nov 05th 2015 - received NOA2 approval

Nov 16th 2015 - received at NVC

Dec 08th 2015 - received case # and IIN #

Dec 09th 2015 - paid AOS bill

Jan 04th 2016 - sent AOS & IV documents

Jan 06th 2016 - paid IV bill

Jan 08th 2016 - completed DS-260

Jan 06th 2016 - received scan date

Feb 17th 2016 - received 2nd scan date

Mar 18th 2016 - case complete

Mar 28th 2016 - Interview Date Scheduled "May 10th"

April 5th 2016 - Medical examination

Heya, so who has the next close set scan date to hear something from the NVC? Just trying to see how far along they are with their reviewing schedule

My scan date was the 4th of January, I don't know if im next in line or not

Mine is 12/29. So hopefully my case complete is coming soon. We have seen 12/22 get CC so far and assuming that NVC didn't have scan dates around Christmas and the following weekend. They should be working on 12/23 and half day 12/24, 12/28-12/31 this week and then to January.

Guys I have a question, I'm filing my taxes, my husband does t have a tax ID # and it's too late to request one because it can take up to 3 months, filing married filling separately means I can't get my educational credits and I can't file jointly with out my husband having a ssn or tax ID #, did anyone have a similar experience? Any suggestions or advice? I want to get our paperwork out and done and we are stuck on this right now! I know I can amend once he is here but wanted to run it past you guys to see if anyone filed single and it was okay at interview time and then amended once their spouse got a ssn.
