Mine is on Oct 29th, no response from them, was busy with work so couldn't find time to call, I'll have to call them today

When I called them, the man offered to send my application to a supervisor but I declined. I've have seen threads where their application was sent to a supervisor and it took a week to CC and when it took months to CC. I think it depends on the supervisor. When you call and you don't want your application to be transfered to a supervisor, specifically tell the person that you want to wait and not transfer the file to a supervisor

This's one reason I hesitate to call too, I don't know waiting or sending to a supervisor is better. Do you think they know on which scan date that the reviewers are working on?

I am not sure. My lawyers told me that it can take 30 to 45 days so maybe wait till the end of the 45 day mark? I honestly don't know what I would do either. It's a gamble really. If you go under a supervisors review, it may take longer or it may take a week. Gosh. It's very annoying ?

It's day 48 if I include weekends and 36 if I exclude already. NVC is such a pain

My scan date was 11/09. I called nvc on 12/14 and was offered a supervisor review,I was hesitant because of all the horror stories I've heard..I did it anyway because I was going to be waiting either way.In my case the supervisor review helped.my case was closed on 12/15 the following day. Every ones case is different but it's worth a shot if case has been sitting there more than 30 days without being reviewed and we received a letter saying it would take up to 30 days to review..in my opinion

I'm at 45 days from my scan date now, which means if they don't get it done before the holidays, I will be stuck waiting until next year.

Did you call them?
