The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos is ready to begin final processing of your approved K1 visa petition. Kindly request your fiancé/fiancée (the applicant) to visit any branch of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC in Nigeria to pay the K1 visa processing fee of $265; and after that, follow the instructions for fiancé/fiancée visa applicants attached to this email.

I just wanna know..can she go ahead and make the payment for her visa before I get her papers ready?or I have to send her the papers first before she can able to make the payment for her visa?because,I'm still waiting to get the affidavit of support form ready.

Of course she can. All documents and forms she will be taking to the interview. She can pay schedule her interview print that interview letter and go to medical. All this done while you get paperwork together.

If you don't meet 125% of poverty guideline or what ever is stated on support document then you need to have a co-sponsor. Period.

They will not approve petition without your having enough income. There are a lot of fees involved with adjusting your fiance's status once they are here.

You need to be able to show that you can support them. USCIS doesn't want them homeless and seeking free medical/food etc.
