I told you they keep time for security check, especially for these who are the way too curious.:-)

Ok, today got excuses from American Airlines and vouchers for that accident when the workers didn't want to recognize extension letter. Better later than never.:-)

Same thing happened to me!! The RFE was dated the same day that I called.

they asked for the same thing that I have submitted but not in their format.

i guess waiver on battery is very hard to prove when you are a guy and you don't say you are abused out of shame.

Yes the RFE was the next day ..

I called June 2nd and the RFE dated June 3rd.

I applied with waiver on battery and extreme cruelty. Didn't get any help from lawyer. I think I will need some.

But if it is the case just to spice up the wait time, its bad. as its gonna increase the cost to hire lawyer .

I am not filing based on waiver of abuse and I still got an RFE so it may not be because of your circumstances. What evidence did you submit the first time? Maybe someone on here can help you with ideas of what else you might be able to send them.

i submitted

- police report where USC spouse was arrest for a misdemeanor and a felony. I didn't pursue the case. the police found a cut mark in my face

- another instance she choked me and her finger nail went inside my neck. i took a picture of my neck and i submitted it

- a short summary of my counselor where it states i was abused physically and mentally and my privacy was violated multiple times.

- a self written letter stating all the abuses or torture

I am not filing based on waiver of abuse and I still got an RFE so it may not be because of your circumstances. What evidence did you submit the first time? Maybe someone on here can help you with ideas of what else you might be able to send them.

Good afternoon November 2015 Filers,

Based on this: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftstats.php?cfl= VSC is taking 275 days from NOA to approval, so approximately August. The August 2015 VSC filers are just starting to get approved so we all just have to hold tight.

Best of luck

I got the following message on the USCIS website. But i haven't gotten an "approval" message or anything before this. Is this basically saying that my ROC has been approved and this is my approved new card?

This the way it's worked for everybody else on here?

Card Was Mailed To Me

On June 17, 2016, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number WXXXXXXXXX, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by July 17, 2016, please go towww.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
