Consulate Review: London, United Kingdom
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 27, 2014
Embassy Review : Appointment was for 0830 but got at embassy at 0730 but once your inside you'are given the next avaliable number and you will wait for it to be called. At the first window the lady was very nice and we even laugh with her when we gave her the wrong photo. Here she took his passport photo, and gave Scott his X-Ray to take back to state and he got his fingerprint done. She then ask when he plan to travel to the state and we said 31 Jan 14. So she said that she will try to make that happen. At the second window we had a American man and he ask Scott 4 questions and why he was deny enter at time he came to visit me in the state. We just told me we didn't know that he could not visit on a ESTA and also because I was a USC he needed a visitor visa. After that he type into the computer he then told us that the immigration was approved. The whole processes took three hours.
Rating : Very Good

I had an interview on September 16th, and still no updates online. But my husband and at least 3 other friends of mine got their letter with oath ceremony scheduled after only one week. And their status changed to Oath ceremony scheduled same day after interview. I believe there is some kind of delay in Las Vegas USCIS now.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
