we already submitted all the documents to NVC and I explained it and show the proof which comes in the P4 letter and CO said they didn't get it from NVC. We have no idea why he's asking that but since he asked for it we have to provide.

It is so unfortunate that things like this come up. I think that is unfair.

The P4 letter received asked for:

____ Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) for each applicant from the petitioner. Affidavits of Support must be original signed versions; copies of signatures are not acceptable. The sponsor must also provide the most recent tax return (Form 1040, and the most recent W2 wage statement if the return is a joint return). If you are submitting documents from a “Joint Sponsor”, you will also need to provide a photocopy of the biographic page of their passport, Certificate of Naturalization or both sides of their Alien Registration (Green) Card. Your sponsor(s) may have submitted these documents to the National Visa Center prior to your interview, but you may wish to bring copies in case any documents are missing.

I was in the embassy without a phone for 4 hours, but my interview was rather quick. They were simply not organized. Hopefully the same is going on with your husband. Please let us know when he contacts you.

THANK YOU, this helps me quite a lot to calm down and just be patient. My stomach has been so twisty-turvy, I can't eat breakfast. So probably he's still stuck in the embassy. Maybe it's like going to a doctor appointment.....we expect to go in within a half hour of our appt time, but we could actually sit around waiting for hours. I'm going to try to eat something. That may help.

2 weeks from now on Wednesday December 2nd my husband and me will be surviving the same stress. The bright part is they promised we can go together, my name will be on the entrance list. But I am already totally stressed out. I can't function without sedatives... I don't remember what I was worrying as much about in my life....

I sent a bundle of domicile papers to NVC, and did prepare the same for the interview.

Okay good just wanted to check. Many people get surprised and AP because they didn't know. You are good to go. YAY. Only a week now.

Submitting the transcript is optional, but your CO wanted to see it... Why?

Tax Transcripts are proof that you filled. Don;t at to say they doubt the tax forms but seems something they are questioning and want to see what IRS has.

Or a form could have been forgotten, a W2. Tax transcripts are always the best no question or doubt about them.

Hi there. We are both waiting for our interviews to be scheduled in the same embassy. Our CC date was Oct. 29 and interview expedite request was approved Nov. 13 but until now nothing. CEAC status still shows "AT NVC". I've just emailed the embassy asking for the interview date, hoping to get answers soon.

My 1040 has the e-filing confirmation #. It was good enough for the Moscow embassy during my Mom's interview, I hope it will work in Tbilisi as well.

Wat help do you need? If you asking about times every embassy is different this embassy maybe not handle your visa type the same as yours. It's your embassy so I would open a thread in your countries forum and ask.

Transcript are a choice and decision of the CO. Just like any other piece of evidence. For whatever reason what was submitted to NVC wasn't enough for the CO. Remember NVC approves nothing their merely collect. The CO approves the AOS and IV packages. That's why we always say have a copy of AOS package with you at interview and send tax transcripts especially high fraud countries. It's proof you filed. Yes people lie on tax form all you have to do is fill out anything anyone can do a W2.

I have no idea what the # of Canadians on VJ are for employment visas. It's not about how NVC handles it. It's about your embassy and how they give slots and the # of slots for each visa type.

Go to the Canada forums they have many and search around. You may find something. Realize the majority of people on VJ are here o ask about bringing love ones here not employment. Sorry. Just do advance search and see,
