The forms are pretty easy and you can get good advise here if you want to do it yourself. Most of us here got the approval without any help of a lawyer. Check the guides and sample forms on the Menu above.

Most of your basic questions can be answered by the guide. For all other questions just post it here and a lot of VJers are willing to help.

Yep, and you can use the money you save to visit your girl once more- time spent together counts for a lot when it comes time for a visa approval.

Check the guides on the Menu above, the forms are there (download the form online and fill -out) and follow the steps/ procedures.

You the petitioner need to fill-out I-129F and file with all the other forms and supporting documents in the US. You need to study the procedures and forms that you need to submit by reading the guides.

Visit USCIS website for the most updated forms that you need.

She need to do G325A sign it and send you the original document. She also need to write a letter of Intent to Marry, sign it and send you the original. There are sample of letter of intent at the sample forms above for your reference.

The forms she fills out, where does she get them ? ,she has no pc only a phone.Does she get them at the Philippine Embassy ? I know that's where her interview will be. It's gonna be some time before all this happens i still need to visit her, I'm just trying to get all the info i can so we can be ready ! Wev'e been communicating over a year now and skyping alot.
