If my petetioner threating me to cancel my immigration, is this possible that he/she can do that.

I got visa in august 2015 but I didint go , my plan is to go in nov , but some how divorced happened or he/she wants to cancel my immmigration ,I m eligible for 10 years green card. But I m still in pakistan ,what can I do. I domt want to loose my green card because of that I have left my studies from here.

As stated, if you are no longer married and haven't yet entered the US on your immigrant visa then you aren't eligible for a family-based green card due to marriage.

If the greencard is so important to you, take your studies back up. Once you are highly qualified, you may be able to get a work visa, but since you are no longer married, you are no longer elligible for a family based greencard.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
