Yeah, I don't think the three N/A's mean anything. Scan date on the first checklist for me was September 16. I've had three N/As for over a week now, and nothing. Haven't called them yet since it hasn't been over 30 days.

Still, my AOS docs were adjudicated pretty much at *exactly* the 30 day mark so...there's still a chance. We'll see on Friday.

mine is sept10th

One operator told me it can take upto 42 days and told me to wait for few more days.

Another person asked me if I wanted to have a supervisor review but will take additional 42 days to review. I said no.

i called today and they put me on supervisor review....the lady was nice and she told me it can take upto 42 days but not necessary ....hope for the best..

I feel the operators always like to forward it to the supervisor review. When they upgraded my petition from F2A to IR1/CR1, I had it put to the supervisor review after nominal 42 days. So, it took another 47 days because the case could not be updated since it was in the supervisor review queue.

I dont know if I should forward to the supervisor review if they dont start reviewing my documents in few days or just wait more days. NVC is very opaque... :clock:

My scan date for my 1rst checklist is Sept14.. And got 2 N/A's at ceac.. And my 30days was today.. I called NVC yesterday and they told me that my case was completed last OCT.7 just waitibg for ther interview to be schedule.. So try to call NVC.

Well, i called NVC today and CASE COMPLETED!!!! At Last! Rep. told me over phone...no email...hopefuly in next 1-2 weeks...F3 PD nov/08/2004
