I'm March 4 and still waiting. 216 days so far. What pisses me off the most is how the TSC is approving a lot of Aug and Sept apps while the lot of us have been waiting for close to 7 months or more.

The USCIC web site says they approve apps in the order they are received which is clearly not the case and is a bold faced lie. And what action can we take? Get a congressman or senator involved? I've read of a few people that have done that here and it did nothing to further theit case along.

We received our Notice of Action form I-797C in March, notice date 3/16/2015 from the Texas Service center. Still waiting....I want to call but I'm sure they will say we have to wait another 2,3 months to file a inquiry. It's so frustrating!! All we can do is wait ahhhh

I agree 100% I remember reading that first come first served. I cannot remember where, can you please send a link to my personal email on VJ? Thanks

Have USC call and have call escalated to a tier 2 officer and ask them to make an inquiry for you.

Thanks

Can you please explain what you mean by

I have done everything humanly possible to bring light to the BS and blatant unfair treatment of petitions at TSC. Nothing has happened and we are still waiting..... I am practicing acceptance in all areas of my life. I am totally powerless over USCIS, TSC, NVC, US Embassy and the like.

Go to the ocean and try to stop a wave.

There were i believe 10. Maybe not on VJ.

You're saying about 10 March apps were approved yesterday as seen on a different site? If so, which one? Edited by siidman
