No it doesn't insinuate that since K1's do not have case complete nor wait for an interview assigned. This spreadsheet was developed to help people see for their embassy the average time from Case Complete at NVC to Interview. Really the interview scheduling date is key.

K1's get to do their own scheduling so they wouldn't apply. All on the spreadsheet went through NVC for further processing by submitting a I-130.

Called NVC yesterday, still no interview date at Mumbai consulate ?. Case complete on 4th Aug. What I don't understand is that people with CC after me have interview dates! Not fair!

Thanks Sukie! I'm trying to LEARN about VJ and and use it better and I've seen all these trackers and just wondered how/why its tracked separately. Trying to learn about others' visas/scenarios perhaps to distracted from stressing my own! Definitely not familiar w/ the IR/CR1 process yet, so thats why I was asking when on the webpage link, the bottom said if you were't IR/CR1 I thought if specific or still of use to others (me )

PS Im a huge Masterchef AU fan...lol.

Well there's IR1/CR1 category (Citizen filing)

F2A ( LPR filing)

The E category (work Visas)

Those are the categories that are listed. But about 99% is IR1/CR1 most F2A category will be citizens by interview and upgrade at NVC to a IR1/CR1 Visa Type.

There's threads for K1's but as far as tracking interview it would be a embassy specific thing since you get to schedule yourself.

Our interview is scheduled for November 23rd. Our CC is 7/28. My due date is November 22nd. Hopefully we can get an earlier interview date.

Was approved at our interview. So now, my status shows issued since yesterday. My daughter's portal read "issued" too as of yesterday, but now it reads, Ready. What does that mean?

When you called your Visa delivery or Visa center what did they say? How are you to get your Visa? Delivery? You go get?

Please when filling my forms G-325A and I-130, I put my address in Nigeria but living in a foreign country, I did so because we wedded in Nigeria and I want to have my interview in Nigeria, will that be a problem? I'm the beneficiary.

Hi all

Interview just over, 2 hrs back. All went Smooth, took only 10 mins for interview. Officer was nice, will post in detail once I'm in front of a computer.
