Worried on NVC reviews.

I have seen people submitted their papers almost same as mine and they already have case completed. It's now exactly 30days after I sent AOS and civil documents. I filled out IV form/DS 260 just last September 9 though. What email do we expect after that online DS 260? Is there a mail or email we are expecting? THANKS.

Some reviewers take longer than others. They do have 30 days from every time you submit a document/form though, so technically, your 30 days is up on October 8th, even though they usually don't take that long to review the DS-260.

They will contact you on the email you put in your choice of agent (DS-261). Have you checked on the CEAC website whether you have those three N/As or not. Usually, but not always, that means case complete.

Yes everyday I look into my CEAC status. No 3N/As so far.only in the Civil docs and AOS I see N/A on the fees, everything is paid. I did not receive any email from them after I filled out DS 260.

Looks like we're on the same exact boat.did you receive a checklist though of fee even after you have already paid the IV fee? I have paid on September 2, then I received email on September 10, saying it's a checklist for IV fee. Thanks

Then seems like there's nothing to be worried about. Good luck to both of us.

Its just a paper trail thing, I am pretty sure if all is fine with the paperwork, you will have your notification by the second week of October.

Good luck.
