I just wanted to share my good news so you all can have hope that your cases will work out like. My husband picked up his K3 Visa and he bought the airline ticket this morning and he will be with me on Thursday, March 16th. I am busy trying to get everything set up for his arrival and I am so excited.

God bless all of you and your cases so you will be with your love one soon as well.

Paula

Per your request, here is a quick timeline, sorry it isn't exact and showing everything but the basics:

Filed the I130 second week of May, then once received the receipt I filed the 129F for the K3 Visa. The K3 was approved and sent the the Casablanca, Morocco consulate in the middle of August. My husbands first interview was set for December 19th, but had to cancel and reschedule because he couldn't get a form from the Moroccan Government needed for the interview. We had to wait until February 28th for the second interview. Husband was given the 221G stating needed administrative processing and he'd be contacted as soon as done. (It just needed the security check). Six days after the interview called to drop passport off the next morning/Tuesday and on Friday called to come pick up the Visa. So he got the Visa last Friday and bought ticket for flight on Monday, March 13th and he will arrive this Thursday, March 16th. So fast but I am so very excited and can't wait. I haven't been able to see my husband in person since the end of April 2005.

Hope this quick breakdown helps you.

Wish you the best.

Paula
