Are you referring to Part 3, Question 7? It begins with the words "Since becoming a conditional resident have you ever been arrested", etc. Unless there have been any problems since being a conditional resident, the answer would be "no" and there would be nothing to submit regarding it.

Or, are you seeing a different question there that I have missed?

part 3 question 7...have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined or imprisonedfor breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations) commited any crime which you were not arrested in the US or abroad

so does that mean that i have to say yes to my arrest when i was 18 yrs old in England and submit a copy of the police certificate even though i said yes to this when i filed the AOS papers?

According to the version I have looked at, you're still skipping the first part of the question, which answers your inquiry. It does not ask "have you ever". The question asks "Since you have become a conditional resident...". Unless you have had any arrests since becoming a conditional resident , the answer is no

Does the form now ask "have you ever"? If so, then the answer is Yes. Or is it still "since you have become a conditional resident"? If so, then the answer is No.

You could see if any family members have taken photos at family gatherings, christmas, birthday parties for example. Usually those show that both of you are a couple, together and amongst friends and families at differnt times of the year. My sister gave me that idea. I have compiled several good couple pics from family members. Just a suggestion!

PJ1959US, you are looking at a version of the form which has expired. The last version of the form coincidentally expired yesterday (no April fool's there). The new form just says "Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined.........", without the "since you have become a conditional resident" bit. So Stephen, I'd say your answer should be "yes". If you say "no", they do already know about it.

So everyone filing the I-751 from today onward should be using a form that expires 9/30/08.
