farlovenear,

i called NVC ealiers today.... My husbands case was in the "termination files". I told the man that our laywer was suppose to be handling our case. He said that he sent an email to the laywers office of Aug 2014 and that he never got a response from anyone.

so, that man at the NVC asked if i wanted to re-open my husbands case and i said 'yes'...... :crying:

This is a DIY site and almost everyone here is doing it themselves. We have seen lawyers screwing up.

For lawyer the process is money making job and for you its your happiness and only chance to start your life with your husband as married couples. So its more important to you than to lawyer.

Take the entire case in your hand. Kick the lawyer and get your papers filed by yourself. We all are here to help each other and fetch info.

Best wishes to you.

And memorize this .. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Bible for NVC
