l filed DS-260 forms for my family. But when I was filing that of my children, the arrangement of their given names changed as against the one on the initial application. That is their names became Lastname, Nhyira Grace instead of Lastname, Grace Nhyira, my son's also became Lastname, Ohena Eric instead of Lastname, Eric Ohena, can this be a reason for our denial.

It should not be a problem, as the names are the same.

Ok that is a different story. Your first post asked if it can be a denial, your second post states you were already denied.

What exactly does your denial paper say? What does the kids passports, birthcerts and other official documentation state?

The denial paper says that we did not follow the DV instructions. On their passports their given names were Grace Nhyira and Eric Ohena respectively as against the way l entered them on th DS 260 form as Nhyira Grace and Ohena Eric.
