On September 11, 2015, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXX. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by September 25, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Feb 1st 2016 - Sent more in-depth info on assets as requested. Received the next morning

April 5th 2016 - POE Newark. No questions asked.


April 14th 2016 - SSN received


May 10th 2016 - First day at my new job :dancing:


May 27th 2016 - Green Card received

In my personal opinion,it is RFE and I would suggest you to look into it in a positive way.The more evidence you have in your petition,the more likely you will be issued a visa.The consular officer will have less questions to ask you in case you have loaded your petition with all the necessary and relevant evidences.So once again,do not freak out and answer the RFE and you will be approved.

Well here is my thing I had applied for I 130 and I 129 F after that Both at TSC both got RFE on August 11th for bona fide marriage. I sent Photo(black and white my attorney just printed it out )life insurance papers and affidavits from parents and money transfer slips now i get this notice.
