So,the NVC just received our AOS and Civil documents but I haven't paid yet the IV fee and not yet filled out the Online DS 260 form. Will it cause a delay if they reviewed our supporting documents and didn't see the DS 260 yet?

they will wait for you to complete all the requirement before finish reviewing your case.

It's best that you have your ds 260 ready for them to review when it's time to review the documents (20 days from the day they recieved the documents). Other wise they will put your case aside and cause further delays.

Hi we have the same situation and one of the members here advice me to call the nvc and ask if they received my doc and review my DS261 on the phone and i did and they said that they received my doc in 24th August And i called them last Friday and ask about the IV fee and they told me it will be available in 5 days im waiting i hope we can finish with this soon

I just paid the IV fee. I already submitted the Civil Document and affidavit of support form. It says in process for the IV fee. My question is, when will I be able to apply online for DS 260?thanks.

I paid IV fee last September 2 and it is still in process right now. It says 2-3 business days. Well, I consider Saturday and Sunday, and should be 3rd day on the 7th. But still in process.

Remember 7th is federal holiday. So Tues would be 3 business days. So should change to paid then.
