I called the NVC today to see if they had received my fiance's K-1 application which was approved by the CSC on 2-14-2007. They stated they received it 2-20-2007 and sent it to the embassy in Bogota 2-22-2007. I tracked it through DHL and the embassy received it today. WOW that was fast. After months of waiting on the CSC this went really quick. I hope the rest of the process goes as fast and smoothly.

. It takes my wife 8 days to receive the package from the day the package leave the united states. everything after NVC should go very fast......good luck

Congrats to you! Ours must have been mailed out the same day from CSC - I received NOA2 on the 8th but they mailed it to the NVC only on the 20th. They said they mailed it to Embassy on the 23rd but it must have missed the mail - package was only picked up from the NVC today. :(

Anyway never mind, we will get Packet 3 soon enough and then it's INTERVIEW DATE! Yea!

I'M, HAPPY FOR YOU, Congrats.

But I must admit I was seething a bit. My application was also approved on 2-14-07, and earlier today I was once again told that they had no record of my case. Chelseafan was approved on 2-15-07 and his case has been forwarded already.

After reading your good news I called and pressed 5 for an operator, he confirmed that our application was put in the system today.

Happy days are here again. we are back on track :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:
