We might be too bias and approve everyone. Everyone is not deserving of approvals. If you could see the list of folk I know have been here in the last year some didn't stay a week with spouse gone. But approved no issues. Izzy pizzy. Sad thing is the spouses don;t report them just let them go so they can F up :ranting: somebodies elses life cuz they too embarrassed. Still posting and telling folks how great things are and the spouse ain't even there. It's a hot mess all over. :ranting::protest::goofy:

I have a friend who brought her fiancé' to the USA in March '14 and within a couple weeks she came home from work to find him and all his things gone. To make a long story short, he sent a facebook message not long after that, telling her "I know I won't be deported, so your threats have no effect on me." He was correct. She's known where he's lived since then, and where he illegally works, and she's done her level best to have him deported. The government simply doesn't care. She knew him via long distance less than a year, and visited him once for a couple weeks, so she actually didn't know him at all.

I received my interview date (10/5) by calling the NVC last Tuesday evening (9/15) and again on Friday morning (9/18). So far, I have not received the P4 email appointment letter and my file still shows 'At NVC' on the CEAC website. Should I be worried?? OK, I am worried ... but do I have a reason to be worried?? Do I need to call the NVC again??

How do you know about your interview date. Did you call them or receive an email. It's just within a day you got the interview set from scan date. Do we need to keep calling NVC. Will it help to get interview quickly. Thanks.

Guys.. On CEAC, the current processing site says Mumbai. Overnight it changed from NVC to Mumbai. Doesnt it follow NVC - Transit - Ready pattern?


So maybe it is being processed at Mumbai and later will change to Ready or its all good? Any suggestions?

Called NVC tonight and still no interview. (CC August 4th) Im officially going to say I've thrown in the towel for making an October interview. Dwheels76 I cant wait til you start your November interviews sheet, because I'm really anxious to see things start moving again for Nigeria!

Hi All, I am curious if NVC sends the petitioner file (A-file) also along with I-130 file of the beneficiary from NVC to the embassy?

What is the A-File? What you submitted to USCIS and thing submitted at NVC is all part of your case file that gets sent to the embassy for interview.

But A-file (as in ??)

Dannnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg. That's messed up. Well at least she tried to do something.
