Hi everyone. First post!

I've been doing research regarding AOS on VWP but I got so many conflicting information. I'm just immensely confused. But first, let me tell you my story and my questions.

I'm from Singapore, my boyfriend is a US Citizen, from Seattle specifically.

I met him online in Jan 2015. I was already planning a trip to the US, because of a summer internship in San Francisco on a J1 visa.

We spent a lot of time together online (hangouts/skype), became a couple soon after.

Flew to Seattle in May 2015 on J1 Visa to meet him. Spent a week together and I had to fly to San Francisco to start my internship.

I flew back and forth to Seattle from June to August to spend time with him on my off days.

As of now, my internship is ending and I'm about to fly over to Seattle again for 2 weeks before flying back home to Singapore to graduate.

I definitely want to stay with him long term and I have several options as of now:

1) Get married next week, wait for the marriage cert. Come back to Seattle on VWP and then file for AOS. -- Is this allowed?

2) Apply for 2nd J1 Visa (1 year). Return to US. Get married then file for AOS. -- Again, is this allowed? I'm slightly hesitant to apply for a J1 again due to the 2 year home stay restriction.

3) Return home. Come back on VWP to get married (I know this isn't exactly allowed...) and then file of AOS.

Yes, we've already talked about marriage and spending our lives together.

I am unsure what the next best route is for me, and I appreciate any form of advice and suggestions.

Would they know my intentions? What if I just wanted to spend time with him, and he proposed. We got married, then filed for AOS after? Or that I came back to work on a J1 visa, and a few months in, we decided to get married?

I'm guessing the safest route is a K1 visa?

PS. I can't overstay my J1 visa because I still have to graduate in SG.

So you are admitting that your intentions are to commit fraud and want to know if the other scenarios you are creating to mask the fraud are OK?

Perhaps you need to reread the VisaJourney rules (minimally) and some immigration law.

You have stated your intent in several different scenarios.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
