Need help...Moved a few days before POE...

hey everyone, my fiance is flying in in less than 2 days and i just moved to our new apartment. I was wondering if he would be hassled at POE for having a different address on his entry form then the one we used for our K-1 process. I'm flippering out and nervous what should i do? Do i do a change of address asap on USICS website and hope they don't see it as problem or use the old address and change it later?

ya, at this stage it won't matter.

there's another round of address intake done (in the near future)

for:

1. SSN card delivery

2. AOS/green card delivery

3. AOS/EAD-AP combo card delivery

and this lack of current petitioner address won't matter during the time that 1,2 and 3 hasn't been started by the two o you.

So, relax ! You have new opportunities later for address capture - and soon !

Nothing to update at your POE. You just enter the US using your K-1 visa. You are not required to go directly to any specific address once you enter.

When you file for AOS, use the new address.

Prior to POE, while on the plane, doesn't the landing\immigration card ask for an address? I haven't flown internationally in about a year, so can't recall. Obviously fiance can fill in the new address.

The I-94 is automated now, so nothing to fill out for that anymore. The customs declaration? Sure, they can just put the new address that will be their destination. It won't matter. They will update the address for immigration with the USCIS when they file for AOS.
