I decided to fly home the day before do I could accompany my husband to his interview. Interview was at 10:30 but got there at 8:00, they asked for the appointment letter and passport for my husband and ID for my self. We then went through security check went inside and got number 148 we waited for about two hours before our number was called they go w2 and 1040 fix finger print and tell us to wait for our name to be called. There was no privacy you could hear everything were saying.window 7 seem to be the denial window and I was there praying that we wouldn't be called to that window. After about an hour my husband name was called to window #7 I felt like I was walking to deathrow we got there and he ask my name and said it a pleasure to have you here today and he smiled. He asked me how we meet, where did we have it first face to face meeting, then he asked what is it that I did at my job then he said he knew the company that I worked for and that he lived in the area that I live. He asked her went over the domestic violence paper with my husband and the only question he asked my husband was do you want to travel back with your wife when is she leaving. he said yes, she's leaving on Wednesday, he said I'll try to work a little magic and have up a ticket and said pick up the Visa here at the embassy Monday at 2. I left smiling.

What evidence did you provide in your package that was sent to them?

08/25/15 Received welcome letter

08/25/15 Sent AOS & IV package

08/31/15 DS-261 reviewed

08/31/15 AOS & IV scan date confirmed by Sup.

09/02/15 Received IV bill by email

09/03/15 Paid IV bill

09/09/15 Submitted DS-260

09/17/15 Case Completed @ NVC

10/06/15 Expedite Request sent to NVC

11/12/15 Contacted Sen. Marco Rubio for assistance with expedite by email

11/19/15 Expedite Approved

12/9/15 Medical

12/11/15 Interview (Approved)

12/14/15 CEAC Status changed to AP

12/15/15 CEAC Status Changed to Issued

12/18/15 Picked up Passport & booked hubby's ticket.

12/31/15 Ring in the New Years together after 4 years!!!! :dancing:

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

What evidence did you provide in your package that was sent to them?

Yes it was. I sent watsapp chat, pictures, money transfer, call log. They didn't ask for anything at the interview.
