Any Jan 23rd filer. still waiting for ?

Hey people,

I see most of my fellow January filers getting approved and I'm here sitting here still waiting for my NOA2! Are there any other cases like me who are still anticipating their NOA2's? It's been 211 days for us today. My fiance has contacted his congressman, let's see how fast he contacts the USCIS and pushes our case forward. I'm still staying strong but sometimes I get utterly frustrated and depressed! My life seems at a stall now. Hope the rest of you are still hanging in there and staying positive. Texas is currently processing January dates. Based on your timeline, I'd say decision should be right around the corner.

If your case is at TSC they are at December 21,2014 in processing. Just a little while longer!

The service centers don't actually work cases in order. A few TSC March 2015 cases got approved yesterday. This means that January and February cases will get approved in any order. There may be some December 2014 cases still waiting and some March 2015 will get NOA2's as well.

The good news, OP, your wait time should nearly be at an end! May your NVC number come soon!!!!!!!

TSC states that it usually takes around 6 months from the time you receive your NOA1 to receiving your NOA2 if your case goes over this time you can log into your USCIS account (if you have one) and scroll down to submit a case inquiry then follow the prompts.

I've been waiting since Jan 12th when I got my NOA1 still no word. I've been staying with my fiance in Aruba in the meantime where she lives waiting this thing out. I've been here since March 25th i leave September 20th. My fear is getting an RFE now buy unable to get what they want until i get back, or me being back in the states and still hearing nothing. Its ridiculous you'd think one of us was on Americas most wanted or something. We are already discussing the possibility of calling off the move to the U.S. and starting a life in Aruba.

Don't give up! I totally understand your frustration I feel the same way, its hard to understand why some people get their NOV2's faster then others when you have a same filling date or they filed after you. Apparently they are doing the Jan filers now so im sure you don't have much longer to wait

Enjoy your time with your fiancé, worry about the RFE when or IF you get one, you guys have another month together, make the most of it, I get to see my fiancé in 2 weeks and I cant wait.
