Yes I think you forgot the letter of intent in there and how you guys actually met.. I put those on mine and if they need any additional information, they will send RFE's requesting them.. I just sent my application almost 6 weeks ago too and still waiting for NOA2

Best of luck

A small umm excerpt from my signature. I hope this helps. USCIS takes time to get back to your USC fiance acknowledging that they received your petition. So just hang in there.

Also your checklist looks just fine.

March 24, 2015: K1 petition mailed to Lewisville, TX via UPS

March 27, 2015: UPS tracking shows USCIS has received the petition

March 31, 2015: C receives NOA1 notification in email and text with USCIS receipt number (7 days after submitting the petition) (waiting to receive NOA1 hardcopy)

Very impressive :)

Would you please post the link to that post that you have moved since I wanted to reply to that fellow in Islamabad but I am unable to locate that post even in the area where you said you have moved it. Please advise.

Thank you,

A'N'L',

Each individual has there own way of handling this. It is up to the individual, but .,.,just my opinion, I would want to make it a personal as possible, for USCIS, and that is why me and my

wife wrote hand written letters.

It is merely a matter of preference, type and sign, or type and date it.

It depends on the situation, and what 'that' person wants to do.

But, it is a requirement by USCIS for sure.

No, it doesn't and it's not specified anywhere. Ours were typed with original signatures and we were fine.

Welcome to the Visa Journey community! Our letters of intent were printed with original signatures and they were accepted.

Hi guys, thanks for your replies and clarification! It didn't make any sense to me that it had to be hand-written (since it is an official document). Raven52, with all due respect, I'm worried you are confusing people with the wording of your statements here.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I would think USCIS would be annoyed having to read possibly poor penmanship :P And hand-writing doesn't equate sincerity. But, to each their own I suppose. I wouldn't recommend hand-writing anything in your USCIS package.

HI.....

I sent in my I-129F (and G-1145) forms back in June, and now I've received a notification now that we we need to complete the g-325a forms. Is this something anyone else had to complete as well?

Guys and gals don't worry about letter of intend if you have given it hand written or typed then great if not then not to worry too much since it is already covered in the I-129F form. Beside this I have spoken with a friend of mine who work for USCIS and told me a separate letter of intend is just an added voluntarily effort which USCIS appreciate and not having that in the petition will not cause any harm and this letter if needed can be given at the embassy / consulate.

So, just relax we have more serious issues to worry about then letter of intend such as intended fraud and need to make sure none of us do such a thing that will make us look suspicious while we are not :)

Plenty of people have gotten RFEs for missing letters of intent.

Yes, petitioner and the beneficiary both need to have one G-1145 with one photo of each of you. Please send them asap with the copy of RFE that you have received or however they prescribed you to send.
