In my case, it said "ready" some days before the case had actually reached the consulate. As soon as I saw "ready" I emailed the consulate but they told me it hadn't arrived yet.

I did the DHL trick and saw it was still in transit, it was the only package in that time period going to South Africa so I was pretty certain it was my case.

There is no way of knowing if you are tracking your actual package. Here is a youtube link on how to do it. There are also several threads on this website on how to do it.

Reference ID would be EXP XX JUL 2015A for July or EXP XX AUG 2015A for August
