I did not get a letter from the NVC at all but an email from the embassy with the MNL# so I used it to create the appointment. I just emailed the NVC to see about getting an email from them. What do they mean by derivative on the SLEC website? The petitioner or her children?

You got an email from the embassy with the MNL# ?! Cool! Hope that is a new practice. Yes use that as it is from the embassy and has your MNL #.

Derivative is the child

Ok thanks will do. Is the priority date the date on the NOA1? I see areas requiring priority date and I think I remember seeing that it is not used so maybe the NOA1 date is used, is that correct?

Yes the priority date is the RECEIVED date on the NOA1 is the priority date. FYI you could PFA a date as it isn't used with the K-1 visa ;)

Ok well I put the notice date instead of the received date so I hope it doesn't make a difference, like 4 days apart. (I put 15 Sep but I see it was 11 Sep)

Like said you could PFA a number ~You could have put 01/01/11 and it wouldn't matter, it is not used with the K-1.

Ok another question here about document issues we noticed. On her annulment it says she was married on 8 Nov 2010 but on the CENOMR it shows 8 Jan 2010, the CENOMAR is correct also and I used the annulment marriage date of 8 Nov 2010 on the G-325 so I hope this is not an issue. The attorney also put the wrong birth date of her youngest child too, off by 2 days. Will the annulment dates not matter? Do they go off of official document like CENOMAR? Thanks.

The embassy will go by the CENOMAR/CEMAR and birth certificates.

Ok so the fact the annulment has incorrect info or the G325 has the wrong marriage date will not be a problem? Thanks

The CO may ask, and you can explain as you did here. But the official documents rule.

Of course you corrected the birtdate on the ds 160 right? During the interview the name and bday of K2 will be asked, state the correct bday. If aked about the wrong entry on G326 then explain.

The annulment date wias also asked from me. State all correct dates during the interview. If not asked about the wrong dates you don't need to bring it up.

Ok thanks again. Yes the birthdays are correct on the ds160. :) Also is the NBI police report just one page? My fiancee sent me a picture of one page (no personal copy) and what looks like a receipt and it is good until June this year. Not sure what they mean by personal copy.

Yes like a greenish yellow from what the picture looks like and has 2 photos of her on it. Can this be uses as a photo ID for CFO if she takes it there? Maybe the embassy will take this copy though

No, that is not valid as a photo ID. Yes the embassy will get the original NBI Clearance. She should keep a copy for future references.
