Timeline

things are looking pretty bad on this side. my spouse and I are trying to consider alt routes just incase something bad happens over here with economy and all. We are currently at nvc gathering our package togehter waiting for the last fee to show up.

if something happens before then is it possiable just to apply for a visa for my spouse and go to usa while our case is processing and is it going to take a long time?

i need the info just incase of emergancy

Looking bad on what side? When you get a chance could you fill in your timeline. It helps a lot.

Aren't you already in the visa for spouse process? That's what CR1 is. Do you want a different visa now?

there is war and stuff happening over here. we are not feeling safe. if things get back here. is there a way for my spouse and I to just go to usa and he will be on a temp. visa while we are in spouse process for his greencard


how do I fill in timeline?

You can leave anytime you want to.

to immigrate he needs an immigrant visa to visit a visitor visa.

  • Send AOS Package : 2015-05-27
  • Receive I-864 Package : 2015-05-14
  • Submit DS-261 : 2015-05-28 ( The website was down for almost 3 weeks , no one was able to log in )
  • Send IV Package : 2015-05-27
  • Checklist: 26 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS 260] i was not able to submit it due to the website issue ]
  • Submit DS-260 05 July 2015
  • Case Completed 05 August 2015
  • Interview scheduled on 9/11/2015
  • Interview shceduled for 10/14/2015
  • Interview Status : Approved
