Case routed to supervisor

I just called NVC and the customer service agent told me, my case has been routed to the supervisor to review it because my DS260 is over 30 days now. Please how long will it take the supervisor to review the case.

I called today as well and the lady told me the same thing. I hope it doesn't take that long, I am so fed up with the nvc.

it can take up to 42 days but that in worst scenario , however most of time is takes between a week and month

in my case i called the sup and talk to him directly and the next day my case was completed

Oh no, you should try and stay away from supervisor review as best you can. Supervisor review sucks!!! Our case was put on supervisor review because of two incorrect checklists. The estimated time for supervisor review is 45 days (as per NVC), the estimated time for "normal" review is 30 days (as per NVC). My husband and I have now been 48 days on supervisor review and still nothing. We have emailed and called and still nothing.... It's about 115 days or something since I submitted my DS-260 and it still hasn't been reviewed. It's crazy.

You must be extremely lucky to get dandanos' short supervisor review because for most of us, it's a minimum 40 day wait. And that seems to be best case scenario. You can check the standard wait time on the scan date thread.
