Hi All,

My brother filled an immigration petetion I-130 and put my name as it was on my birth certificate, Marriage Certificate, and passport that is "Kasooti ABC XYZ" But latter I start using my Name as "Kasooti XYZ" that is now on my Passport, MY ID, But on My Educational document it is only "Kasooti". Now my PD is current and I have completed all 6 steps and I am totally confused now what to do.

whith all above name problem I visited USA on H1B and come back after H1B Expiry.

My question is will this name difference can cause visa denial or How can I correct my name as case is in final stage with NVC for document review.

your help is needed in this regard.

Kasooti

No I did not mentioned it. Also I have my old passport, and ID with me where my Name(Kasooti ABC XYZ) is same as it was on my I-130 and My New Passport and New ID has the Name (Kasooti XYZ).

Also I paid my NVC Fee with Name "Kasooti XYZ" which appears against my Case case number.

Also "ABC" and "XYZ" are my family names sometime we use all Family name or sometime only single
