2015 poverty guidelines for i130

We applied i130 spouse visa our case is now nvc we paid aos fee and waiting for pay iv fee.she live alone in house by her self with no young or adult kids in Michigan.she get money from social security 1300 per month.she does not have job.i check 2015 poverty guidelines it says 19,912 for 2 person.i check related site they shows 14000 something for one person.she is only one living in house no one else, I am confused about it.

Its her plus you (the intending immigrant) so she needs an income for a household of 2. $19,912 or more.

Hi,

Only go by the I-864p from the uscis.gov.

You are looking at the 100% poverty line and comparing it to the 125% poverty line. That's why you are getting different numbers. For a household of 2, your wife needs to make $19,912 annually.
