I've been waiting to pay my IV fee online. The payment portal has not made it available to pay even though I've been invoice for it. What are the pro's and the cons of mailing in the payment. I don't want a checklist for the payment although it would the NVC's fault b/c of their technical issues. Thanks in advance for your help.

I mailed mine on June 11, they received on June 16, and I got a email said the payment was received on Jun 22. But the NVC still had problem with DS 260 at that time, so I had to wait until the problem was fixed at the beginning of July to complete the DS260. If you still have problem accessing DS260, you should call them.
