It doesn't matter which country you fly from to come to the U.S. The visa is issued by the U.S. not the country you were in when you got it.

Issued visa in Singapore

Fly to Philippines

Fly to U.S. from Philippines.

It's ok!////////

Is it okay if I can go back to my own country and will be leaving there to go to US eveny visa was issued from Singapore?

"no issues with returning to the philippines from the US embassy's perspective. however, i believe you will need to attend the CFO seminar and get the stamp in your passport before philippines will allow you to leave with a K1 in your passport. philippines subforum is the best place for information on that :) "

'own country' = PI?

if yes,

then the immigration folks at the airport in the PI will see the K-1 visa stamp in your passport, see the PI passport, and look for your attendance sticker in the passport. Since you not do CFO , you not have sticker in passport, and they will not let you go through to the plane.

It's a PI requirement, not a USA requirement.
