Hi my name is Dillard, new to visa journey i receive an email yesterday from the visa journey timeline website say that my i-751 divorce waver was approve, but an uscis website my case still remains the same still telling me for when they received my file,my question is which one of the website is right.

Visajourney would not tell you that your waiver is approved, they have no knowledge of what USCIS approved or not. I think one of three things happened:

- Visajourney told you that the average petition filed on the date you filed yours would be actioned around now.

- You made a mistake when filling in your VJ timeline and hit the "approved" button.

- The email you got pretends to be from VJ but is in fact spam, or maybe even real from USCIS (their website doesn;t always update right away).

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
