doctor forgot to sign!

i did my medical examination today and got vaccinations BUT i forgot to tell the doctor to sign the statement in packet 3!!!

is it bad? will they reject me at the consulate because of it?

i will only go back to the medical center once more to pick up my documents on the morning of the interview but i dont know if that doctor will be there

Does your consulate require the panel physician to sign something other than the medical documents at your medical exam? If so, then ask for it to be signed when you pick up your results.

None that I have seen, but granted, have not read the instructions for every single consulate. They all have their own different processes and requirements.

Which doctor did u go to?

my fiance left it with the doctor and he said he can only pick up the results no more than 3 days before interview date. So, try to go before ur interview date and see him.
