no. fees are collected at NVC unless you had an expedite out of NVC done and are not documentarily qualified to receive a visa.

There is no interview fee for a Cr-1 visa. I think there is a $160.00 dollar fee for a k-1 visa to pay before interview.

The only other fee for cr-1 visa to pay after NVC is the $165.00 green card production fee which can be pay (after visa is issue) online before or after arriving in the USA
