My husband and I went to his interview on June the 11 we were told we were approved but is medical was not ready she told us once we get our medical mail it in. His medical was ready and send to the embassy by the U.S. Medical in jamaica on June 24th. It is showing administration processes since June 12 and yesterday June 26 it shows updated June 26,2014 but still in administration process can some one help me understand this ?

By any chance were you given a slip? If not, then it could only be one of two possibilities

1. They are reviewing the information you have provided and it is genuinely taking time.

2. The recent issue with DoS is probably causing the delay. Applications between Jun 9 and Jun 19th were affected and can be delayed.

Administrative processing is when they are reviewing information or processing the visa application.

Yes a white paper to send his medical but it was sent on Wednesday by the U.S. Medical. Yesterday the updated time change to yesterday's date but it's still in administration processing

It seems normal considering you were unable to provide the medicals. When you are unable to produce a document your case status will go into administrative processing.

Give it a couple of days and see if it changes. Also, bear in mind that they may have a huge backlog owing to the recent issues they've had issuing visas.
