I have a question. We are still waiting for NOA2, but i would like some advice. My fiance does not know where (if one exists) her record for vaccinations is. She told me she has taken some vaccines but not sure of which ones. I am wondering is there any way of getting up to date with these for medical eval, which will hopefully take place in the next few years (sarcasm) at St. Lukes. Thanks for the advice.

The doctor will determined which vaccinations are needed for K-1 visa. At least based on my experience.

Vaccines are not required for a k1, but they are required for AOS.

It is strongly suggested to get them before or on the medical because it can turn into a vey expensive journey in the states..

These are what are needed---http://www.uscis.gov/news/questions-and-answers/vaccination-requirements

No issue if she doesn't have her old vaccination record. St. Luke's will give her whatever vaccinations are required (if available ;) )

Pop over to the Philippines forum for questions relating to the process in Manila: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

If she does not know what vaccines she has received and she can't get hold of the vaccination records she can get tested for the antibodies of the requested vaccines to see if she's vaccinated or not.

This. I did this in Australia and it was far too easy. Quick blood test, Doctor had results 2 days later and got my free vaccines from our Medicare before the medical. Therefore I didn't need to pay for the ones I did need ;)
