mostly the issue online with the iv fee was that either like me they paid by mail a long time ago and it won't switch to paid or when you went to click pay now it said 0.00, if when you click on pay now it says 325.00 go ahead and pay it . I just decided to pay online (the second time now counting the first by mail) and it switched finally to in process and the money just got pulled and is a pending transaction from my bank account this morning . Paid mine yesterday morning .

Does it show paid now?

Anyways, keep us updated :) I'm anxious to know how refund process works out for u.

Did you pay it online again?

Because mine is the same for DS260.

Our IV fee was paid online June 10 and our DS-260 became available on June 11 and was completed. According to the NVC it's still showing not paid on their end after which point I emailed them a screenshot of our bank account with the money withrdrawn and paid as well as our completed DS-260 confirmation page that they say they haven't received. Unsure what heck now.

I'm in the same situation. We received the IV Fee bill dated June 19, 2015 and the CEAC portal says that it is not invoiced. Is this what you experienced as well? We're considering mailing the fee since it seems like other members of this forum were able to get it to say PAID about a week after mailing their checks.

Man I paid the AOS the 21st of April.

I still can't pay the IV fee on the website. I click under IV Fee Pay Now, still shows $0.

Over 2 months just waiting to pay IV...

Was your choice of agent approved? I was having the same issue and I called them up. They approved my agent on the spot and within a week my IV fee showed up (both in the mail and on the website)

Hey VisaHelpPlease

Did you pay the IV fee online? If so, how long ago? Did the DS-260 come up for you in the system afterwards?

Or did you mean the AOS fee in your post?

We actually haven't paid the IV fee yet (will likely in the next few days). I made this thread to ask people if the system was working online to pay things. Since we haven't paid that part yet, the DS-260 is not up for us.

Okay VHP, thanks. But you see the IV fee in the CEAC website, with the $325 fee, and you could pay it right now if you wanted to? And it appeared after you called the NVC? How long after the AOS fee was paid and your choice of agent was confirmed?

I got the DS-261 and AOS fee paid confirmation on May 17th, got the IV invoice email on June 10th and still have my IV fee appearing as 0$ in the CEAC system. I am currently going to give it a month from the IV invoice to show up in the CEAC website and then decide what to do next.
