Hello, My I-129F petition was originally sent to Texas because the forms stated that's where I needed to send it. Is it possible to call and ask for it to me transferred to California or Vermont so that it's possible for it to be processed faster?? I was just looking at the processing times sheet and it said that California is currently working on petitions from May, 2015, Vermont on April, 2015 and Texas November, 2014! I'm just ready to be with the love of my life! Please help! Thanks!!!

No you cannot request a transfer. Unfortunately, before the change in late March applications are sent to service centers based on the state of the petitioner. If you are currently at TSC, that is where you'll stay. Vermont no longer processes K-1 visas.

Be advised that TSC is actually working on September 2014 officially, and not November. Average process time is somewhere between 220-240 days... and some are still waiting.

You're not the first one to ask this lol I actually called and asked them my self. Seems kind of silly now that I think about it. Everyone else at TSC has to wait so why would they just transfer one case because you said pretty please? Stay strong. The wait is terrible but it could be worse.
