I am having the same problem with NVC, it has been 3 weeks since I've received my case and invoice number but their system won't allow me to enter DS-261 page to select my agent and pay my AOS bill. I've talked to a supervisor today and she said that I can send an e-mail to asknvc and select my agent via e-mail. She then said that I can mail my AOS payment, but on NVC's web site it says if the fees are mailed it can further delay the processing of our case. Anyone out there who mailed their fees instead of paying online? How long did it take for NVC to confirm that they processed your payment?

Thank you,

Thank you,

I am on the same boat with the IV fee and already waiting past a month. Ok from my understanding and from what i had read, called and talk with others, their system has been having issues since April, so some people started mailing their payment to NVC and others have got checklist for not paying thier IV fee so putting everything together like a detective (this is only my opinion, not advicing anyone) IF you just got your NVC package while thier system is down, mail the AOS fee ASAP because your going to wait anyways, BUT if you got your NVC package more than 2 weeks ago then i see no point of mailing anything because if you do mail it and then suddenly there system is up, then your case is more delayed.

NVC will process cases and fees but like many others we need things to start going fast. And has i mention before people have got checklist for not paying the IV fee BUT this only applies if you had paid the AOS fee and send the NVC package to then and the IV fee is not available. If I had to got back, i would had mailed the IV fee with my NVC Package and avoid any system errors that would have never apply to me.

I'm on the same boat too. Supervisor told me to send email for the choice of agent and it's going to take approx 60 days to review it and send fees through mail. I'm confused as well what to do. Should I wait or send mail? I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks. It's really surprising why it's taking so long for NVC to fix it.

It is very frustrating!..I feel that it is just another excuse to delay the process even further...It is unheard of for a site to have technical issues for a month. I personally think that there are no technical issues, it's just a way to not be accountable for the delays in their review/response processes....

Hey. Same problem here.

Mailed the IV fee almost 3 weeks ago because we couldn't pay online.

Online it still says "pay now" but we can't pay and we can't file form DS-260.

We also sent the financial and supporting documents around 3 weeks ago but never received a confirmation email/scanned date, even though by phone an operator confirmed they received it.

:/
