What required documents does my fiance need for her part of the process?

Need a bit of clarity here. What part of the process are you talking about? Is this for filing the I-129F petition, or applying for the visa at the embassy?

K-1
NOA1: 04/08/2014; NOA2: 04/21/2014; Visa interview, approved: 07/15/2014; POE: 07/25/2014; Marriage: 09/05/2014

 

AOS

NOA1:  09/12/2014;  Biometrics:  10/06/2014;  EAD/AP Received:  11/26/2014;  Interview Waiver Letter:  01/02/2015;  

RFE:  07/09/2015;  Permanent Residency Granted:  07/27/2015;  Green card Received:  08/22/2015

 

ROC

NOA1:  05/24/2017;  Biometrics:  06/13/2017;  Approved without interview:  09/05/2018;  10 Yr Green card Received:  09/13/2018

 

Naturalization

08/09/2020 -- Filed N-400 online

08/09/2020 -- NOA1 date

08/11/2020 -- NOA1 received in the mail

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

02/11/2021 -- Interview

sorry about that. it's for applying for the visa at the embassy. I will be sending in the I-129f application in july but i'm just gathering all the information i can ahead of time

Read the k1 guide and flow chart at the top of the page. It'll give you an idea of what documents you need to send your fiancé and what your fiancé needs to do after approval.

These include from you- sponsor information and affidavit of support with supporting documents.

Fiancé- vaccinations records for medical, passport photographs, embassy specific documents that are requested in interview letter, noa2, ds-160 confirmation, birth certificate, passport.

What required documents does my fiance need for her part of the process?

She will have the honor of going to Stockholm, Sweden for her interview as Norway does not process K1 visas. I suggest going to the Scandinavian thread over here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/185-scandinavians/where you can find a lot of useful information and you can always ask us questions as well!

But yeah, basically what Cody and Daisy said.
