Hello! This is the very first time I have asked a question about the immigration process. Usually I've bee able to find the answers I need by googling my questions. But I've been up all night googling and searching and this seems like the best forum so far.

I filed for the removal of conditions in August. Did my biometrics the next month. Didn't hear anything about it until April when I received a notice saying that I have to interview in San Bernardino on the 27th of this month. So right now I'm gathering everything I can that shows that my husband and I have a life together. The one problem is.. I'm missing the notice. I can't find it anywhere and I'm pretty sure that somehow it ended up in the recycling! I know the notice said to bring it in with me. It's the simplest question too...

Do I HAVE to bring the notice is with me when I go next week? Isn't my name on a list or something and if I provide proof of who I am, they can just let me in? If I need the notice, where can I get something in time that shows I'm supposed to be there? I'm probably worried over nothing.

Did you receive that interview appointment notice and then you lost it? Yes, I'm afraid you have to bring that notice with you.

Maybe you can go and do an Infopass on your local office at San Bernardino and explain them your problem.

If the worse, I guess you can go with all your forms, documents, previous ROC notices and IDs to the interview with your husband of course. Surely they have you in the list for the interviews of that date.

I wouldn't take the chance to just show up there if i were you. Call them, explain your situation. And if need to, ask for an infopass.
